James Handel is an award-winning writer living in Los Angeles.

After gaining a Ph.D in Philosophy from the University of Sussex, he spent a number of irrecoverable years in indentured servitude to corporate overlords, before turning to full-time writing.

He spends his spare time on a long-pursued study of martial arts and resolving moral dilemmas for his friends.

He is addicted to high-quality TV.
